The implementation of the management of human talent, is still limited due to the vertical organization of the Administration in which officials are those who impose and manage operators of systems with decision-making in the system organizational, in many cases wrong where the participation of the workers in the management of information technology and communication, must be fluid based on trust between managers and workers technology systems operators of information.
In the hospital ESSALUD Jesus Maria human talent management has a direct impact on the management of information and communications technology, implemented a few decades ago that it is allowing to simplify administrative, statistical activities and best information that in traditional times where used hand tools and techniques and with the use of information and communication technology has improved its performance and has put in value the participation of human talent with the use of media and resources such as the computer and the internet
Thus, the components of the organizational culture are presented at three different levels: artifacts (concrete elements that each sees, hears and feels when you are with an organization), shared values (outstanding values that become important for) people) and core budgets (are the most intimate, deep and hidden organizational culture level). For the present study deals with the management of human talent and its impact on the management of information technology and communication of ESAALUD Jesús María by 2015.Trabajo de investigació

Anticipating hyperthermic efficiency of magnetic colloids using a semi-empirical model: a tool to help medical decisions
Magnetic hyperthermia, a modality that uses radio frequency heating assisted with single-domain magnetic nanoparticles, is becoming established as a powerful oncological therapy. Much improvement in nanomaterials development, to enhance their heating efficiency by tuning the magnetic colloidal properties, has been achieved. However, methodological standardization to accurately and univocally determine the colloidal properties required to numerically reproduce a specific heating efficiency using analytical expressions still holds. Thus, anticipating the hyperthermic performances of magnetic colloids entails high complexity due to polydispersity, aggregation and dipolar interactions always present in real materials to a greater or lesser degree. Here, by numerically simulating the experimental results and using real biomedical aqueous colloids, we analyse and compare several approaches to reproduce experimental specific absorption rate values. Then, we show that the relaxation time, determined using a representative mean activation energy consistently derived from four independent experiments accurately reproduces experimental heating efficiencies. Moreover, the so-derived relaxation time can be used to extrapolate the heating performance of the magnetic nanoparticles to the other field conditions within the framework of the linear response theory. We thus present a practical tool that may truly aid the design of medical decisions.Facultad de Ciencias ExactasInstituto de Física La Plat
Research results applied to the field of health: how experience impacts the classroom and society
The Health Sciences Faculty of the Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira has been
advancing in the generation of new knowledge and has explored various fields of
knowledge.
This book presents four pieces of research that have a lot to do with new trends, both in
the training of human talent in health, and in the way in which knowledge and technology
are applied to solutions to context problems.
In this case, it is important to mention the role that high-fidelity clinical simulation has
been gaining in the training processes of our students, more specifically the use of
theater and the “standardized patients” strategy, in the promotion of professional
criteria. The positive impact of a focused training is evident, both in the conceptual
development of the individual, and in the appropriation of his role as an agent of social
change. The theater promotes an intentional interaction with which knowledge, skills
and attitudes can be explored in a medical training process.
Likewise, theater has been used as a useful tool in the introduction of therapeutic
elements in hospital spaces, such as pediatric, oncology or mental health wards,
promoting various ways of interacting with medical staff, or exploring personal aspects.
that can improve the clinical evolution of patients.
Clinical simulation also contemplates a series of technological elements that, when used
for educational purposes, can also promote performance analysis of cognitive,
technical, and dexterity skills. This is the case of the clinical simulation put to the service
of a CPR skills analysis project, in which, through sensors and performance variables
such as force, pressure or response time, they can account for advances in CPR training
processes, both for university communities and for health professionals.PregradoCONTENT

Energy Estimation of Cosmic Rays with the Engineering Radio Array of the Pierre Auger Observatory
The Auger Engineering Radio Array (AERA) is part of the Pierre Auger
Observatory and is used to detect the radio emission of cosmic-ray air showers.
These observations are compared to the data of the surface detector stations of
the Observatory, which provide well-calibrated information on the cosmic-ray
energies and arrival directions. The response of the radio stations in the 30
to 80 MHz regime has been thoroughly calibrated to enable the reconstruction of
the incoming electric field. For the latter, the energy deposit per area is
determined from the radio pulses at each observer position and is interpolated
using a two-dimensional function that takes into account signal asymmetries due
to interference between the geomagnetic and charge-excess emission components.
The spatial integral over the signal distribution gives a direct measurement of
the energy transferred from the primary cosmic ray into radio emission in the
AERA frequency range. We measure 15.8 MeV of radiation energy for a 1 EeV air
shower arriving perpendicularly to the geomagnetic field. This radiation energy
-- corrected for geometrical effects -- is used as a cosmic-ray energy
estimator. Performing an absolute energy calibration against the
surface-detector information, we observe that this radio-energy estimator
scales quadratically with the cosmic-ray energy as expected for coherent
emission. We find an energy resolution of the radio reconstruction of 22% for
the data set and 17% for a high-quality subset containing only events with at
least five radio stations with signal.Comment: Replaced with published version. Added journal reference and DO
